Content of this session includes:

• – What is Anger
• – When Anger is Detrimental To Relationships
• – Escalation of Anger
• – What Destroys Relationships (4 Horsemen of The Apocalypse)
• – Ten Tools for Anger Management

This session will give participants an introductory view of why anger management is important and will provide information as to their need to continue with an anger management program.

It will also explain the 10 session program that they can register for if they wish.
