The Faith-Based Success and Performance Coaching Program, a division of CatholicCounselors.com, provides much-needed services to clients in high-tension vocations to integrate their Catholic identity into their goals, their mindset, and the way they manage both success and setbacks. Heavily rooted in St. John Paul II’s Theology of the Body, the Success and Performance Coaching Program helps Catholics facing burnout, anxiety, and perfectionism pursue excellence without losing sight of what matters most: holiness and union with God

Meet the Spokesperson

Rachael Popcak Isaac is a licensed clinical social worker, mental performance specialist, and founder of the Success and Performance Coaching Program at CatholicCounselors.com. She holds a Psychology degree from Franciscan University of Steubenville and a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. Rachael has worked with athletes, executives, and high achievers of all kinds–helping them overcome anxiety, build authentic confidence, and sustain peak performance.

Drawing from neuroscience, sports psychology, and the practical wisdom of St. John Paul II’s Theology of the Body, Rachael equips her audiences with practical strategies to manage stress, build confidence, strengthen team dynamics, and reconnect with their deeper “why.”

A lifelong athlete and performing artist, she brings energy, insight, and real-world tools that empower people not only to succeed, but to flourish. Her message is simple and powerful: when you align your strengths with your God-given purpose, you can hit your mark—in sports, in work, and in life.
