Students surrounded by friends who earn better grades than they do tend to see their own grades rise over the next year, according to a new study.

As Catholics, we don’t believe that we are individuals so much as we are a “communion of persons.” Like the Trinity, in whose image we are made, each of us is our own person, but we are intimately connected to one another.
